Oregon Human Development Corporation will be a client assistance navigator for the Oregon Emergency Rental Assistance Program (OERAP). We will be assisting the Latinx and Farmworkers communities across Oregon with OERAP applications. Assistance includes rent and utilities due to COVID-19. To be eligible,
Must be an Oregon Renter
Must be below 80% of the Average Median Income.
Must have been impacted by the COVID-19.
