Healthier Together Oregon (HTO) in Action
OHA is pleased to host “Healthier Together Oregon (HTO) in Action”, a series of online events that provide opportunity for partners to learn more about the strategies and activities outlined in Healthier Together Oregon, the 2020-2024 State Health Improvement Plan. Each 90 minutes event will provide a detailed overview of HTO strategies and activities, showcasing of local examples of implementation, and opportunity to connect with others around the state who are doing similar work to identify next steps.
The intended audience is anyone in Oregon who is working to advance health equity or is involved in community health improvement, including community-based organizations, cross-sector partners (e.g. in education, transportation, food systems, housing, social services, and land use planning), local and tribal public health, hospitals, Regional Health Equity Coalitions (RHECs) Coordinated Care Organization (CCOs), and Community Advisory Councils.
Advanced registration is required. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
