Cover All People- Grant Opportunity

Dear Community Partners and Stakeholders,

As of July 1, 2022, more adults will be eligible for full Oregon Health Plan (OHP) benefits regardless of their immigration status. House Bill (HB) 3352 put into law a program called “Cover All People.” The program is now known as “Healthier Oregon.” The bill gives the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) funding in the 2021-2023 biennium to run the program and a statewide outreach, engagement, and education program with the goal of enrolling and assisting eligible people across the state. The attached document outlines basic information regarding the Healthier Oregon Grant Program funding opportunity and next steps for any interested organizations.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.

Best,

Perry DeJoode
