The Malheur County Prevention Coalition would like to extend a huge thank you for participating in our Tall Cop event.
Our event was two years in the planning, and we are very pleased with how it all finally came together! We do not have the final numbers tallied yet but estimate that approximately 300 people attended.
We truly appreciate the support of our community partners. Do you remember the adage that “It takes a village to raise a child”? Certainly, this is true when it comes to being aware and alert to the drug culture our children and teens are exposed to today. Knowledge is power, and Officer Galloway has a vast array of knowledge to share in this area!
The coalition meets monthly on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 9:00-10:30. We are meeting in person again but also offer a virtual option. We welcome new members. Please let us know if you are interested in joining.
